The Professional Skills Development Centre (PSDC) at ICST University Park, Punanai is a dedicated institutional initiative committed to enhancing students’ professional competence, communication proficiency, and career readiness. The Centre is designed to equip learners with the essential skills required to succeed in academic settings and the evolving global workforce. 

Established in response to the increasing demand for industry-ready graduates, PSDC bridges the gap between academic knowledge and employability. In today’s competitive environment, employers seek individuals who demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership. PSDC addresses these needs through a structured and progressive learning framework. 

A key feature of the Centre is the English and Professional Communication Pathway (Levels 1–4), offering recognized qualifications from Certificate to Diploma. This pathway ensures systematic skill development and supports continuous professional growth. 

Through its programmes, PSDC fosters proficiency in spoken and professional English, workplace communication, leadership, and ethical practice. Open to ICST students, external learners, and professionals, the Centre serves as a hub for professional development, employability enhancement, and lifelong learning.
