Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) Unit of the International Campus of Science and Technology (ICST) plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuous improvement of academic and administrative standards within the institution. The unit is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring teaching and learning processes, and supporting institutional effectiveness in line with national and international higher education standards.

The QA Unit works collaboratively with academic and administrative departments to enhance programme quality, promote good governance, and ensure accountability. It facilitates student feedback mechanisms, programme reviews, and staff development initiatives to strengthen the overall educational experience.

In addition, the unit coordinates institutional preparations for external quality reviews, audits, and accreditation processes. By maintaining proper documentation and promoting best practices, the QA Unit helps ICST build a strong quality culture.

Through its ongoing efforts, the QA Unit ensures that ICST delivers high-quality, relevant, and student-centred education, contributing to the development of competent graduates and the long-term sustainability of the institution.
