Welcome to the Faculty of Management

The Faculty of Management is committed to delivering comprehensive education and research opportunities across a wide range of management and business administration disciplines. Our programmes are designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in today’s dynamic business environment.

The Department of Accountancy and Finance specialises in the study and application of financial principles, accounting practices, and fiscal management. Students gain a deep understanding of financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and investment analysis, preparing them for professional careers in accounting, finance, and related fields.

In addition to accountancy and finance, the Faculty offers programmes in areas such as human resource management, marketing, operations management, and entrepreneurship. Through a blend of classroom learning, case studies, internships, and industry engagement, students develop critical thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.

At ICST, the Faculty of Management strives to prepare future business leaders who are adaptable, forward-thinking, and equipped to thrive in a competitive global marketplace.
